The kids are at it again! They have had their quiz portions for about 3 months working on memorization and getting ready for the 2016 quiz season. They recently started organized practices with their quiz coach, Uncle Bill McCoy and this past Saturday they had a practice quiz. It was an opportunity to hear and answer questions from Galatians and get the feel of jumping again. It also allowed for getting a feel for where they are at in learning the material. They did a great job!
This will be Ethan's third time quizzing and next summer they are planning to attend Q2016 in the States. It will be my first time to see one of my kids quiz, as we will be in the States on Home Assignment and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity! Both Ethan and Jessica were part of the Q2012 team which Susan alone was able to attend. That year the team placed 6th in the District Experienced tournament. At Q2014 the kids managed to move up three slots to Third place at the District Experienced level!
We are very proud of our kids and thrilled to have Uncle Bill and Aunt Marsha along with Dr. Erin Meier working so diligently to coach them!! Please be praying for them, especially that the Lord will speak to their hearts as they study and learn His Word!
